Founder and Managing Partner

Ms. Wright has over 25 years of senior management experience in private equity, investment banking and at energy companies.

Ms. Wright joined Goldman Sachs in 1998 and helped to launch Goldman Sachs Power, the firm’s initial entry into electricity commodity markets, including the successful development of Constellation Power Source, a joint venture with Constellation Energy Group. In 2001, she became part of the senior management team at Constellation, where she held various roles within its commodity trading, investing and risk management unit, leading the development and execution of a wide range of investments. In 2005, Ms. Wright became a co-founding Partner at Energy Capital Partners, where she helped to establish and served as a Director of FirstLight Power Holdings. In 2014, Ms. Wright went on to establish Hull Street Energy to deploy capital into the North American power sector as it transitions to a more sustainable footprint. Hull Street Energy is differentiated by its deep industry expertise and proprietary analytical approach to energy focused investment management.

Ms. Wright also serves as a trustee of the Sidwell Friends School in Washington, DC. She received a B.A. from Smith College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Partner

Dr. Booth has 15 years of experience in the energy industry, focusing on the quantitative modeling and risk management of commodity markets, assets and transactions.

He was an early employee of Constellation Power Source and helped build the modeling and risk management framework that supported the company’s growth by ensuring continuity between initial valuation and subsequent portfolio risk management. In 2005, he became a member of the senior management team at Constellation and provided the strategic direction relating to quantitative analysis and firm-wide pricing and risk management system design for its expansion into new markets, moving beyond power to natural gas, coal, freight and weather.

Prior to joining Constellation, Dr. Booth held positions in the physics departments of Johns Hopkins University and the University of Florida, where he conducted research in high energy particle physics.

Dr. Booth received a B.A. and Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Chicago.

Partner

Mr. Orman has 20 years’ experience in the energy industry, including power generation investments, risk management and trading, oil and gas investment and development and managing the mid-stream and transportation logistics associated with upstream investing.

Mr. Orman spent over a decade at Constellation Energy Group, most recently acting as President of its wholesale marketing, trading and asset management arm. Throughout his years at Constellation, Mr. Orman played a lead role in designing and managing the company’s approach to commercializing its energy asset base, including developing the connection between risk management and the investment portfolio. He also led the development of numerous detailed proprietary fundamental analysis efforts and the execution of related investment strategies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Orman worked in Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Group where he consulted on strategy and operational issues to U.S. and international oil and natural gas producers and midstream companies.

Mr. Orman received a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at University of Texas.

Mr. Willis has more than a decade of experience across a broad range of areas including commodity trading, transaction structuring, logistics, investment management and public policy.

Previously, Mr. Willis worked at EDF Trading, one of the largest global energy traders, where he was responsible for coal origination activities. Until 2011, he was at Citigroup, where he was responsible for building the firm’s dry bulk industrial commodity trading desk and was charged with expanding Citigroup’s capabilities in physical commodities. Mr. Willis also worked at Constellation Energy Group, where he ran the firm’s global shipping business, evaluated and executed investments in various energy businesses and was part of the team that established Constellation’s successful London-based international commodity trading unit. Mr. Willis has also worked in the public sector, most notably as Chief of Staff in the Office of International Affairs at the Department of Energy, and as a member of the political staff at the White House under President Clinton.

Mr. Willis received a B.A. from Washington & Lee University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Partner

Mr. Meeker is an accomplished financial executive with more than 20 years of global operational and financial experience in manufacturing, energy and investment industries.

Prior to joining Hull Street 2014, Mr. Meeker was Vice President of Finance at Enviva, a Riverstone Holdings portfolio company where he helped lead all corporate financing activities. Mr. Meeker was part of the executive team that grew Enviva from a startup company to the world’s largest supplier of utility-grade wood pellets for the power generation market and ultimately an initial public offering. Prior to Enviva, he held various finance positions of increasing responsibility at Altra Industrial Motion and Colfax Corporation, both manufacturers of industrial goods.

Mr. Meeker received a B.S. in Management from Washington & Lee University and an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Mr. Meeker has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder since 2000.

Managing Director

Before joining Hull Street Energy in 2014, Mr. Morris distinguished himself as a highly accomplished and versatile energy professional over the course of more than three decades, including 23 years at Constellation. His experience ranges from financial analysis and structured transactions to plant development and technical and operating assignments.

Mr. Morris joined Constellation in the power plant development unit, where he was integral in the development of numerous plants – both in the United States and elsewhere. In 2001, Mr. Morris became part of the leadership of Constellation’s merchant plant acquisition unit. Shortly thereafter, he was assigned to the commodity transaction origination and structuring group where he was responsible for developing numerous multi-year unit contingent power transactions, as well as fossil, nuclear and renewable generation asset acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Constellation, Mr. Morris worked at Geothermal Resources International, Inc. developing renewable energy projects.

Mr. Morris received a B.S. from the University of Arizona and is a former Certified Public Accountant.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Arsenault brings 20 years of accounting and finance leadership experience to Hull Street Energy, primarily in private equity and asset management. Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, he spent 10 years at the Carlyle Group, in progressive leadership roles including the firm’s Corporate Tax Controller. In this position, he led the firm-wide effort in 2020 to convert Carlyle from a publicly traded partnership to a corporation. He also served as Fund Controller over Carlyle’s Private Equity Americas funds, a position responsible for 21 funds and $30 billion in assets under management. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Arsenault held several roles at Fannie Mae including Chief Financial Officer of the firm’s Pricing and Underwriting business. He began his career with KPMG in their assurance practice and focused on financial services clients.

Mr. Arsenault received his B.S. and M.S.A. from Babson College and is a licensed CPA in Virginia.

Associate

Ms. Baracat joined Hull Street in 2023. Her primary responsibilities are deal execution and portfolio company monitoring, including due diligence, financial modeling, and industry research.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Ms. Baracat served as an Associate on Silicon Valley Bank’s Corporate Banking group, where she focused on structuring senior debt facilities for general working capital purposes, capital restructurings, and acquisition financing in the technology vertical.

Ms. Baracat received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Director of Tax

Ms. Bounan brings 18 years of tax and finance experience in private equity and asset management to Hull Street Energy. Her primary responsibilities at HSE include overseeing the tax planning, compliance, and reporting for the firm’s fund, management company, and investment structures.

Prior to joining HSE, Ms. Bounan was the Head of Corporate Finance at an investment firm, where she was responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the management company and tax compliance across the firm, and implemented automation to enhance the vendor management and accounts payable worksteams. Previously, Ms. Bounan was Head of Tax Operations at a private equity firm, where her primary focus was on tax reporting and compliance across a multi-asset class portfolio to US and foreign investors. She began her career in public accounting.

Ms. Bounan received a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and Masters of Science in Taxation from American University, and is an active CPA in Virginia.

Managing Director, Investor Relations

Ms. Breiner brings 20 years of fundraising and investor relations experience to Hull Street Energy. Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Sarah was Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at Hayfin Capital Management, where she oversaw fundraising activities, investor reporting, and communications for the firm globally. Prior to joining Hayfin, Sarah was a Managing Director at Eaton Partners for 10 years, where she was responsible for fundraising and product development across real assets, private credit, and private equity strategies. With a deep track record of success across primary fundraisings, co-investments and direct placements, Sarah led over 30 fundraises at Eaton, which raised over $13 billion in total capital from institutional investors globally.

Prior to joining Eaton Partners, Sarah spent five years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she served as Vice President and Client Portfolio Manager. In this role, she was responsible for raising assets from institutional, private wealth and third-party investors in the firm’s developed and emerging market equities and real estate strategies, totaling over $7.0 billion in assets under management. Previously, she worked at JPMorgan Private Bank as Assistant Portfolio Manager where she focused on portfolio management of the firm’s private client accounts.

She began her career as an Intern for the Thomas G. Labrecque Smart Start Program at JPMorgan Chase after receiving a full college scholarship. Sarah received a BS in Finance and Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a CFA Charterholder.

Principal

Mr. Hofmeister joined Hull Street Energy in 2017. His primary responsibilities include diligence, evaluation, analysis, and structuring of equity investments.

Previously, he held various positions with the Walt Disney Company, where he focused on corporate finance, new business initiatives and infrastructure-related financial planning. He also served as a Harvard Business School Leadership Fellow for the Environmental Defense Fund, helping numerous states to design energy efficiency and distributed generation investment incentive programs. Prior to attending business school, he was responsible for deal origination and execution for a middle market private equity office targeting distressed buyouts in the North American manufacturing sector and the implementation of green technologies.

Mr. Hofmeister received a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Associate

Ms. Horst joined Hull Street Energy in 2025. Her primary responsibilities are deal execution and portfolio company monitoring, including due diligence, financial modeling, and industry research.
Most recently, Ms. Horst served as an Associate at Updata Partners, where she focused on investing in growth-stage software companies. Previously in her career, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at AQ Technology Partners focused on middle market M&A and capital raising for technology companies.

Ms. Horst received a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies from Wesleyan University.

Associate

Mr. Jackson joined Hull Street Energy in 2025. His primary responsibilities are deal execution and portfolio company monitoring, including due diligence, financial modeling, and industry research.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Mr. Jackson served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York, where he focused on structuring and executing mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity capital offerings.

Mr. Jackson received a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida A&M University.

Fund Controller

Mr. Jacobik has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience in private equity, real estate, financial services, and employee benefit plan industries. His primary responsibilities at Hull Street Energy (“HSE”) include overseeing the accounting and reporting operations for funds managed by HSE.

Prior to joining HSE, Mr. Jacobik spent over five years at National Electrical Benefit Fund (“NEBF” or “Plan”), a multi-employer defined benefit pension plan that provides benefits to eligible employees in the electrical industry. In his role at NEBF, he oversaw the accounting and reporting for investments held as well as responsible for regulatory compliance of the Plan. Several years prior to joining NEBF, Mr. Jacobik worked for American Capital, a previously listed publicly traded private equity asset manager, and obtained deep knowledge in managing fund administrative activities for a variety of asset classes held by investors.

Mr. Jacobik received a B.S. in Accounting and B.S. in Management Information Systems from George Mason University and is an active CPA in the state of Virginia.

Associate

Mr. Jeffries joined Hull Street Energy in 2025. His primary responsibilities are deal execution and portfolio company monitoring, including due diligence, financial modeling, and industry research.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Mr. Jeffries served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Guggenheim Securities in New York, where he advised on buy- and sell- side M&A transactions and strategic corporate advisory within the power, energy and energy transition sectors.

Mr. Jeffries received a B.A. in Economics from Williams College.

Executive Assistant

Ms. Kebuchi joined Hull Street Energy in 2018, bringing over 15 years of experience providing administrative support to top-level executives, primarily in the private sector. She works closely with the executive team to fulfill a broad array of administrative, logistical and project management requirements.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Ms. Kebuchi was Executive Assistant to the CEO of Snag, an online staffing platform specializing in hourly work. Previously she served as Special Assistant to the President of The Raben Group and a team of consultants at the national public affairs and strategic communications firm. There she collaborated on initiatives with organizations and leaders dedicated to a core diversity mission. Prior to this she supported multiple C-level executives at PayPal, where she served as Secretary of their global compliance committee, as well as wide-ranging organizational, administrative, analytic and technical support responsibilities.

Ms. Kebuchi graduated with a B.A. from Marymount University in 2005.

Associate

Mr. McGrath joined Hull Street Energy in 2023. His primary responsibilities are deal execution and portfolio company monitoring, including due diligence, financial modeling and industry research.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Mr. McGrath was an analyst at TAP Advisors where he advised on buy- and sell-side M&A transactions and private placements within the telecommunications space.

Mr. McGrath received a B.S. in Economics and Statistics from the University of Virginia.

Strategist

Mr. Mendelsohn joined Hull Street Energy as a Strategist in 2025. His primary responsibilities include building and enhancing internal tools, building automated data pipelines for easy and universal access, and enhancing the firm’s analytics capabilities to support investment and portfolio management activities.

Previously, Mr. Mendelsohn worked at LenderPortal as a Software Engineer, where he created web‑integrated financial calculators used by loan officers, replacing cumbersome Excel models with streamlined widgets that provided quick‑glance numbers and generated well‑formatted PDF outputs. In addition to front‑end and back‑end development across the platform, he built an AI chatbot capable of searching multi‑thousand page documents to retrieve relevant loan guidelines, significantly improving efficiency and workflow for users.

Mr. Mendelsohn received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Engineering Physics from the Colorado School of Mines.

Associate

Ms. Provenzano joined Hull Street Energy in 2023. Her primary responsibilities include fundraising, investor relations, and analytical support.

Most recently, Ms. Provenzano served as a Project Analyst at a low carbon private equity firm, Pana LCE. Throughout university, Ms. Provenzano interned with the U.S. Department of Energy in the Loan Programs Office and in the National Energy Technology Laboratory, where her work on Energy Communities was included in the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act.

Ms. Provenzano received a B.S. in Business Administration, Information Systems Technology with a minor in Marketing from American University.

Vice President

Mr. Sade joined Hull Street in 2022. His primary responsibilities are deal execution and portfolio company monitoring, including due diligence, financial modeling, and industry research.

Most recently, Mr. Sade served as an Associate on BNP Paribas’ Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure platform focusing on project finance transactions across the Americas. Prior to BNPP, he served as a Civil Engineer on Vanasse Hangen Brustlin’s Transit and Rail group, focusing on transportation infrastructure projects along the eastern seaboard.

Mr. Sade received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and an M.Sc. in Strategic Management from HEC Paris.

Firm Operations Manager

Ms. Shanley joined Hull Street Energy in 2023. Her primary responsibilities include accounting, reporting, internal controls and execution of IT and operations initiatives of Hull Street Energy.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Ms. Shanley spent 3 years at KPMG where she worked on audits of large public software and telecom companies, as well as small private companies, including private equity companies. In her role at KPMG, Ms. Shanley was responsible for supporting her teams in the management, documentation, and testing of accounts and internal controls over financial reporting in accordance with PCAOB and AICPA standards.

Ms. Shanley attended the George Washington University, where she received her B.S in Accounting, and the University of Georgia, where she received her M.S. in Accounting. She is an active Certified Public Accountant in the states of Pennsylvania.

Associate

Ms. Sheehan joined Hull Street Energy as an Analyst in 2022. Her primary responsibilities include financial modeling, industry research, due diligence, and portfolio company performance analysis.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Ms. Sheehan served as an intern on the portfolio management team at Verisk Financial where she was responsible for analysis and presentation of bank specific market trends in credit and deposit payments.

Ms. Sheehan received a B.A. in Economics, Environmental Studies, and Data Analysis from Wesleyan University.

Fund Administrator

Mr. Sinnicki joined Hull Street Energy in 2025 as a Fund Administrator. His primary responsibilities include investor communications, organization of Fund and investor documentation, and ensuring investor deliverables are properly submitted on-time via the Hull Street Energy investor portal.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Mr. Sinnicki served as Fund Administrator for MUFG Investor Services, where he was responsible for preparing investor deliverables for a mutual fund client as well as reconciling investor account balances and ensured Fund financials were properly filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).

Mr. Sinnicki received a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland.

Analyst

Mr. Tarr joined Hull Street Energy as an Analyst in 2024. His primary responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, industry research, and portfolio company performance analysis.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Mr. Tarr was a Research Assistant at Y Analytics, TPG’s in-house capability focused on data-driven decision making related to the environmental and social impacts of deployed capital.

Mr. Tarr received a B.A. in Philosophy and minors in Sustainability and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina.

Principal

Mr. Telford has spent over a decade in the energy industry focused on investing, market operations, and business development in the power and natural gas sectors.

Most recently, Mr. Telford provided consulting services to private equity and hedge fund managers interested in North American power markets. Previously, Mr. Telford worked at Constellation Energy Commodities Group and Exelon Generation Company for a decade, holding several roles within the firm’s commodity trading and investing unit, including as a Director in the firm’s Portfolio Management group and later as part of Exelon’s Business Development team. Mr. Telford has extensive experience in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Canadian energy markets where he managed transaction execution processes as well as performance of the firm’s merchant generation fleet and load service obligations.

Kevin Telford received a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University, including graduate work in economics and applied mathematics.

Senior Fund Accountant

Mr. Wolfe joined Hull Street Energy in 2025. His primary responsibilities include the accounting, finance, and reporting functions for Funds managed by Hull Street Energy.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Mr. Wolfe was at VIRIDIS Fund Solutions (“VIRIDIS”), a Maryland based fund administrator. In his role at VIRIDIS, he provided accounting and reporting services for clients in both the venture capital and private equity industries. Before joining VIRIDIS, Mr. Wolfe worked for Cornerstone Fund Services, a Utah based fund administrator also providing accounting and reporting services for clients in the venture capital industry. In his previous roles, Mr. Wolfe obtained extensive knowledge in fund administration as well as reporting for various investment Fund structures.

Mr. Wolfe received a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University-Idaho.

Chief Executive Officer, PCOM

Mr. Quinn has worked over 25 years in the manufacturing, distribution and energy businesses. Prior to joining Hull Street, Mr. Quinn served as Chief Financial Officer and a partner of TW Perry, a building materials supplier in the Mid-Atlantic.  During his five years at TW Perry, Mr. Quinn worked closely with the management team and employees to increase profitability and productivity. In 2020, Mr. Quinn negotiated the sale of TW Perry to BMC, now owned by Builders First Source.

From 2001 to 2015, Mr. Quinn worked at Constellation Energy holding a variety of leadership positions. Mr. Quinn served as President of the wholesale energy division of Constellation, an Exelon Company, where he oversaw portfolio management, origination and dispatch activities for Exelon’s generation fleet. Mr. Quinn also led the commercial integration team for Constellation during their merger with Exelon. As President of Constellation’s Customer Supply business, Mr. Quinn spearheaded Constellation’s growth in new wholesale markets and entry into new retail businesses such as solar, demand response and energy efficiency. Mr. Quinn worked at International Paper, serving as an operations manager at a packaging plant.

Mr. Quinn received a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and an MBA from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.

General Counsel, PCOM

Mr. Osteen has 20 years of experience as a senior lawyer in the energy industry, focusing on managing transactional and regulatory legal risk.

He was an early employee at Constellation Power Source, Inc. and was instrumental in developing the documentary, compliance and regulatory risk framework for the organization. During his career at Constellation Energy, he was lead counsel on numerous complex material power and gas transactions nationwide. In 2009, Mr. Osteen became a member of the senior management team as General Counsel of Constellation Energy Resources, LLC, responsible for the legal work associated with wholesale, retail, mergers and acquisitions and non-nuclear generation.Following the Exelon merger with Constellation, he served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of the larger company.

Mr. Osteen also serves as Chairman of the Board for Young Audiences of Maryland. He received a B.A. from Emory University and a J.D from the University of Maryland.

Chief Financial Officer, PCOM

Mr. Herlihy joined Hull Street Energy in 2021. He has over 12 years of finance and accounting experience which started in Public Accounting with subsequent SEC Reporting and Corporate Finance roles. He is responsible for a wide range of accounting and reporting responsibilities.

Most recently, Mr. Herlihy was the Director of Finance and Reporting at a Top 20 homebuilder. During his tenure he built out the Finance and Treasury functions as the company grew from a local builder to a large regional builder, through a combination of M&A and organic growth. Mr. Herlihy also helped the previous private equity owners exit their investment in the company and managed the transition to new ownership, a publicly traded foreign company.

Mr. Herlihy received a B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida and is also a CPA.

Chief Strategist, PCOM

Mr. Weinstein has over 30 years of experience working for financial institutions ranging from large banks to private equity. He has broad expertise in commodity risk management, derivative pricing and risk models, and physical operations in the power and gas markets, and has had a long career in creating and developing best in class risk management platforms for bulge bracket financial institutions that participate in the energy markets.

In the early 1990’s, Mr. Weinstein led the creation of its Goldman Sachs’ proprietary risk management platform known as Secdb. He was the lead Strategist developing quantitative models for Goldman to enter the natural gas markets in 1994. He was also the lead strategist for Goldman Sachs in the joint venture that created Constellation Power Source in late 1996 wherein he and his team developed the capability to trade, schedule, and manage physical and financial risk in the deregulated power markets. Mr. Weinstein’s career included a four-year stint as Co-Head of the Goldman Sachs power trading business and four years leading an effort to bring credit trading into Goldman’s risk management platform.

During the decade following the financial crisis in 2008, Mr. Weinstein spent almost eight years in JP Morgan as the lead quantitative strategist for a broad commodity business which included energy, metals, and agricultural trading. In those years, he helped JP Morgan to successfully develop a rival risk management platform to the one that he had developed in Goldman Sachs. This effort helped catapult JP Morgan into the upper ranks of energy trading across the top financial institutions.

Director, Information Technology, PCOM

Praveen Alladi brings over 25 years of leadership in enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, and IT strategy to Hull Street Energy, where he is responsible for developing and executing the IT/OT roadmap for Hull Street Energy and the portfolio company operations management team, overseeing IT operations, ensuring systems compliance, and driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and resilience.

Prior to joining HSE, Praveen served as Headof Enterprise Architecture and Data COE at The Carlyle Group, where he implemented a federated architecture practice and led mission-critical programs, including a cloud-native data mesh and an AWS migration achieving near-zero downtime for mission critical business systems. His leadership extended beyond technology delivery to governance frameworks that aligned IT capabilities with business strategy, resulting in measurable outcomes.

Praveen holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil engineering from Osmania University. He is passionate about mentoring future technology leaders and fostering innovation at the intersection of business and technology.

Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, PCOM

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Mr. Allegretti was a consultant with Sigma Consultants, where he also served as the National Spokesman for the Retail Energy Supply Association. Mr. Allegretti has spent his career in the electric power industry shaping public policies, laws, and regulations as an advocate, as an advisor and as an expert witness. For two-decades he served as a Vice President in the State Government Affairs group at Exelon Corp. and affiliated company Constellation Energy, where he was responsible for the Company’s relationship with state and provincial governments across the northeastern United States and Canada. Mr. Allegretti is a recognized leader who has served two terms as Chairman of the New England Power Pool. In 2017 the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association awarded Mr. Allegretti with its prestigious Vanguard Award for his career contributions in support of competitive energy markets. Mr. Allegretti has served on the boards of various regional trade and industry organizations and has also worked as a transmission project developer with Anbaric Northeast Transmission Development Corp.

Mr. Allegretti holds a J.D. from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Colby College and currently resides with his family in Franconia, New Hampshire.

Financial Analyst, PCOM

Mr. Alqalam joined Hull Street Energy in 2024. His primary responsibilities include financial planning and analysis for the firm’s existing and prospective portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Mr. Alqalam served as a Financial & Development Analyst at Altus Realty, where he underwrote acquisition opportunities and evaluated financial, operational, and leasing aspects to support the managing partners’ investment decisions. Prior to Altus Realty, he spent a year with Cenomie Group in Saudi Arabia, conducting feasibility studies, assessing risks and project returns, and preparing comprehensive reports.

Mr. Alqalam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, as well as a Master of Science in Real Estate from American University.

Director, Asset Management, PCOM

Mr. Andre is Director of Asset Management at Hull Street Energy, joining the team in 2025. He brings more than 20 years of experience spanning asset management, operations, customer service, and O&M oversight across multiple technologies.

Before joining Hull Street Energy, Mr. Andre served as Vice President of Total Care Services at PROENERGY, where he oversaw long-term service agreements, controls, parts, modifications & upgrades, and customer service. Earlier, he was Vice President of Operations at IHI Power, managing over 40 power generation facilities with responsibilities across compliance, safety, and strategic market planning. His career also includes leadership roles with EthosEnergy, WorleyParsons, and Wood Group Power Operations, where he supported O&M mobilizations, catastrophic event recovery, and plant performance improvement initiatives.

A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Andre began his career as an Intelligence Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Director, Asset Management, PCOM

Mr. Blevins joined Hull Street Energy in 2024 as Director, Asset Management. Prior to joining HSE, Mr. Blevins was the Senior Operations Director at IHI Power Services Corp. supporting a fleet of plants including 11 sites in Illinois, Kentucky, New Jersey, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Blevins started his career in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate on submarines and was honorably discharged after 7 years. Following his time in the Navy, Mr. Blevins spent the last 30+ years in power plants working in various roles directly responsible for plant operations, maintenance, planning, engineering, and compliance with environmental, NERC, and safety regulations. Mr. Blevins developed expertise and valuable experience from multiple asset owner and third-party O&M transitions, and different owner operating protocols. Specifically, Mr. Blevins managed one of the largest concentrated solar projects in North America and commissioned several combined cycle power plants for Florida Power and Light Energy. As Asset Manager with HSE, Mr. Blevins works with site personnel on budgeting and managing O&M costs and capital expenditures and improving asset reliability and coordinates with the HSE commercial team on dispatch and risk management strategies.

Mr. Burns joined Hull Street Energy as Director of Asset Management in 2026. He brings more than 30 years of experience in asset management and operations across thermal and renewable energy assets.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Mr. Burns served as Operations Director at Clearlight Energy, where he led a portfolio of solar generation, battery energy storage, thermal generation, and RNG facilities. He began his career in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate.

Mr. Burns has operated in an owner/operator capacity, managing plant performance, O&M contractors, and outage execution while improving reliability, availability, and cost control. He has also supported budgeting, performance monitoring, and commercial activities in ISO-NE, CAISO, ERCOT, and PJM markets.

Director, Human Resources, PCOM

Ms. Casey joined Hull Street Energy in 2019. Her primary responsibilities include developing and implementing human resource initiatives that align with the firm’s overall business strategy. Ms. Casey’s other responsibilities include supporting current and future portfolio company needs through the development of recruiting and training programs.

Prior to joining HSE, Ms. Casey spent several years as the Director of Human Resources for Producers National Corporation in Chicago, where she was singularly responsible for all HR functions including employee recruiting, onboarding, training, development and compliance for hundreds of employees. She has deep expertise in designing compensation and benefits programs; drafting and maintaining corporate HR policies; and administering global employee relations for complex organizations.

Ms. Casey received a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Indiana University Bloomington; and is an HRCI certified Professional in Human Resources.

Mr. Chavan joined Hull Street Energy in 2026 and has experience in quantitative modeling across U.S. power and gas markets. His primary responsibilities are focused on developing quantitative models and data analytics tools for the firm.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Mr. Chavan worked on Statkraft’s U.S. Trading desk, where he developed and managed quantitative tools to support research and trading activities in the U.S. power markets. He also has experience in systematic high and mid-frequency trading through his work with Lasalle Trading Group in Chicago and Orange Quant Research LLP in India.

Mr. Chanvan holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from New York University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology.

Portfolio Manager, PCOM

Mr. Crouch has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on asset management and trading. Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Mr. Crouch worked at Constellation Energy Commodities Group and Exelon Generation Company for 16 years. He was progressively promoted to several roles within the firm, including Senior Trader and Vice President in the commodity trading and portfolio management group.

Mr. Crouch has significant experience in the Eastern Interconnect maintaining a robust trading portfolio and transacting physical, financial power and natural gas. Mr. Crouch specializes in optimizing the performance and productivity of power plants and supplying full requirements load contracts, while minimizing risk through a variety of strategies. In addition, Mr. Crouch has experience developing renewable portfolios including wind and RINS. Previously, he worked domestically and internationally for Genscape, providing pivotal analysis for traders and hedge funds.

Mr. Crouch received his B.A. from Georgetown College.

Vice President, Commercial Operations, PCOM

Mr. Dedrickson has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry including power engineering, portfolio management and trading, market operations, financial modelling, and structured transactions in power, gas, and LNG.

Most recently, Mr. Dedrickson was the Managing Director responsible for the New England and Southeast portfolios of Constellation, an Exelon company. Mr. Dedrickson spent 19 years at Constellation where he focused on optimizing all aspects of generation, load, transmission and natural gas portfolios throughout the US and Canada. Prior to joining Constellation, he spent 12 years at Baltimore Gas and Electric Company in various roles within the Generation, Transmission and Distribution divisions as a plant engineer, business analyst and trader. During the transition to retail choice, Mr. Dedrickson created the quantitative models valuing the BGE generation assets for the stranded asset recovery mechanism and the pricing of the BGE Standard Offer Service tariff rates.

Mr. Dedrickson received a B. S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park and an M.S., Business from Johns Hopkins University.

Ms. Dedrickson joined Hull Street Energy as an Analyst in 2023. Her primary responsibilities include financial modeling, industry research, due diligence, and portfolio company performance analysis.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Ms. Dedrickson served as a technical intern at Enterprise Knowledge, LLC, where she was responsible for developing the company’s intranet, building a taxonomy to organize client information, and reviewing code. She has also conducted neurosurgical research at Johns Hopkins Medical Institute, resulting in two co-first author publications on insurance utilization analysis and novel robotic technology.

Ms. Dedrickson received a B.S. in Computer Science and Quantitative Economics with a Math minor from Dickinson College as well as a Post-Baccalaureate Premedical Certificate from Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Ellis joined Hull Street Energy in 2021. His primary responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing risk management and analytical systems. He has over twenty years of experience in the energy industry supporting and developing energy trading and risk management software.

Previously, Mr. Ellis worked for Constellation Energy Commodities Group and Exelon Generation Company, most recently in a Principal Quantitative Developer role. His responsibilities there involved working directly with all energy trading front, middle, and back office groups. Prior to entering the energy industry, he worked for IBM in mainframe and computer telephony software development.

Mr. Ellis received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Ms. Feng joined Hull Street Energy in 2024. Her primary responsibilities include building risk management systems, automating data pipelines, creating data visualization tools, and enhancing the core analytics capabilities of the firm.

Ms. Feng brings over five years of experience in full-stack software engineering and data-intensive quantitative model development. Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Ms. Feng was a Software Engineer at eBay, where she developed analytics tools that provided pricing insights for B2C sellers. Prior to eBay, she worked at Expedia where she constructed APIs and microservices to support the Cruises shopping platform.

Ms. Feng received a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia and pursued postgraduate studies in Financial Mathematics and Computer Science.

Mr. Ganguly joined Hull Street Energy in 2025. He brings over 15 years of experience in the energy industry in various roles such as quantitative modeling, trading, and portfolio management. He has built and led trading, analytics, and risk management platforms combining quantitative rigor with his market experience.

Mr. Ganguly started his career in 2006 specializing in the modeling, valuation, and risk management of complex and bespoke energy products. He has held senior trading and quantitative leadership roles at firms such as Statkraft US, Teza Technologies, Hartree Partners, and Constellation Energy. Most recently, Mr. Ganguly has focused on power basis trading in PJM and NYISO at LS Power.

Mr. Ganguly holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras.

Director of Quantitative Trading, PCOM

Mr. Gillam brings more than 15 years of expertise in Trading and Quantitative Modelling across power, natural‑gas, carbon, and renewable markets.

Before Hull Street, he helped launch and scale Statkraft’s North American trading desk, designing the Python‑based analytics platform that underpins the firm’s trading operations. As a senior trader at Talen Energy, he managed the Mid‑Atlantic power‑generation portfolio, delivering consistent positive P&L while building the company’s power and gas data and analytical infrastructure. Throughout his career, Mr. Gillam has been recognized for turning complex data problems into profitable trading strategies and for mentoring teams of analysts and developers.

Mr. Gillam received a B.S. in International Economics from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

Mr. Gregorio joined Hull Street Energy as Associate General Counsel in 2025. His primary responsibilities including advising all portfolio companies on legal matters, drafting and administering contracts for Hull Street Energy and supporting deal teams on transactions.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Mr. Gregorio was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he advised clients on general corporate matters, mergers & acquisitions and private equity management. Prior to attending law school, he served as a paralegal specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division.

Mr. Gregorio received his J.D., M.B.A., M.P.P and B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Heda joined Hull Street Energy in 2023. His primary responsibilities include financial planning and analysis activities for Hull Street Energy’s existing and future portfolio companies.

Before joining Hull Street Energy, Mr. Heda spent three years as an analyst at CFRA where he conducted bespoke analysis on domestic and international public companies, assessing the financial, operational, and corporate governance health of companies across all industries to assist client’s investment decisions. Prior to CFRA, Mr. Heda spent over two years at Deloitte auditing multiple public company technology clients, including large and small cap companies.

Mr. Heda attended The George Washington University, where he received his Bachelors in Accounting, and Florida Atlantic University, where he received his Masters in Accounting. He is an active Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Inouye joined Hull Street in 2025. She has over 20 years’ experience working in renewable energy and low-carbon investment. At Hull Street, she works on business development and commercial opportunities with the HSE portfolio companies, including Confluence Hydro and Milepost Power.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Ms. Inouye led the acquisition, integration and asset management of hydropower projects and other renewable energy investments as the Vice President of Business Development and Asset Management at Eagle Creek Renewable Energy and its predecessor company Cube Hydro. Earlier in her career, she developed solar projects in Latin America as the Investment Director of Iwana Energy, managed interests in hydropower and other investments as the Portfolio Manager for RNK Capital, and invested in clean energy projects in emerging markets as a Senior Associate for Sindicatum Renewable Energy. Most recently, she worked on green hydrogen development at Fortescue Future Industries. Ms. Inouye has also been a consultant to the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and to the US Department of Energy.

Ms. Inouye holds an undergraduate degree from Stanford University in International Relations with a focus on Sustainable Development and a Masters Degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts with concentrations in International Business and Energy and Environmental Policy. She was a Fulbright Scholar in Indonesia in 2004, conducting research on renewable energy and rural electrification.

Mr. Jo joined Hull Street Energy in 2024. His primary responsibilities include accounting, internal controls, and reporting functions for Hull Street Energy’s portfolio companies.

Ms. Joubert joined Hull Street Energy in 2025. Her primary responsibilities include regulatory affairs, communications, and public relations.

Ms. Joubert has over 15 years experience advising energy companies, federal and state governments and political campaigns on energy and climate policy, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and political affairs. She joined the firm from National Grid, plc where she served as a director of federal government relations, working to advance the company’s interests before the U.S. Congress and the Executive Branch. Prior, she held a similar role at Pacific Gas & Electric Company for five years. Earlier in her career, she held positions at the U.S. Department of Energy and a multi-client government affairs firm.

Ms. Joubert attended Boston College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Master of Arts in Political Science.

Ms. Kowal joined Hull Street Energy in 2025 and brings over 12 years of experience across the full spectrum of human resources. Her primary responsibilities include assisting with HR generalist duties for current and future portfolio companies.

Prior to joining HSE, Ms. Kowal served as Senior Human Resources Generalist for Vulnerability Research Labs, where she developed and oversaw compensation and recruiting programs, provided guidance as an HR partner across employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and coaching. In her earlier career, she worked in a variety of human resource roles, with an emphasis on developing HR programs for growing companies.

Ms. Kowal received a B.S. in Business Administration/Human Resources from Marist College and is an HRCI certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Vice President, Hydro Asset Management, PCOM

Jillian has over 20 years of experience as a licensed professional engineer in the water and hydropower industry. She has expertise in asset management, dam safety, operations, and hydropower relicensing. Additionally, she is skilled in project execution of large capital improvement projects and analyzing value-engineering opportunities. She supports deal evaluation and due diligence.

Prior to joining HSE, Jillian served as Chief Dam Safety Engineer at Central Rivers Power, a former portfolio company of the firm. She has also held several roles at Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, Central Rivers Power, and Patriot Hydro where she led teams of engineers in dam safety and project management roles as well as performed direct oversight of civil works improvement projects at many hydropower projects.

Jillian holds several leadership positions within the hydropower industry. She serves on the Board of Directors for the National Hydropower Association, where she sits on both the Nominations Committee and the Rising Star Award Selection Committee, as well as the Hydropower Foundation’s focus group. In addition, she is Chair of the Chief Dam Safety Engineers Roundtable, leading industry discussions on emerging issues with a FERC dam safety focus. Jillian also serves on the Steering Committee for the Women in Power mentorship program. She is frequently invited to present topics ranging from capital project risk management and dam safety to relicensing.

Jillian received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a focus in Water Resources from Rutgers University. She also holds a Leadership and Management Certificate from Wharton Executive Education.

Mr. Mann joined Hull Street Energy in 2018. His primary responsibilities include analysis and management of energy portfolio operations.

Most recently, Mr. Mann held a position with Enel X in the Advisory Solutions group, where he focused on commercial and industrial retail energy supply. He was part of the analyst team which valued retail supply contracts, developed peak load forecasting models and implemented demand management strategies. Prior to entering the energy industry, he served in numerous positions at the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business, including roles as guest lecturer of the Quantitative Finance Fellows program and data analyst in the Finance department. Mr. Mann started his career at Thomson Reuters Markets in New York, developing data analytical tools for commodities trading desks.

Mr. Markson joined Hull Street Energy in 2024 and has 10 years of finance and accounting experience in the software and political technology industries. His primary responsibilities include accounting, internal controls, and reporting activities for Hull Street Energy’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, he was at Seerist, a Virginia based risk management technology company. Mr. Markson also spent over 8 years performing accounting and finance services for Aristotle International, a Capitol Hill based political technology company. In his role at Aristotle, Mr. Markson also played a key role in the buildout of the accounting process for the political prediction market “PredictIt.”

Mr. Markson received a B.S. in Accounting from American University in Washington, DC. He is an active Certified Public Accountant in the state of Delaware.

Ms. Nwogu joined Hull Street Energy in 2024. Her primary responsibilities include accounting, internal controls, and reporting functions for Hull Street Energy’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Ms. Nwogu was a Valuation Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers US Business Advisory, LLP. In this role, she performed financial valuation modeling and analysis support functions, such as industry research, benchmarking analysis, proposal drafting, and report writing.

Ms. Nwogu received a B.B.A. from Villanova University with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance.

Vice President, Origination, PCOM

Mr. Paxton has over a decade of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on origination and portfolio management. Mr. Paxton has worked for a variety of energy companies including Cogentrix Energy, JERA Americas, First Light Power, and Engie. He has managed commercial operations, trading, origination, regulatory, and development activities to support the growth of portfolio companies. Mr. Paxton has experience with managing thermal and renewable portfolios in SERC, ERCOT, ISO-NE, NYISO, and PJM.

He has significant experience in portfolio management across the Eastern Interconnect and ERCOT, where he has overseen RFPs for Energy Management Services, Fuel Supply Agreements, and structured commodity hedging agreements to enhance energy and capacity gross margins for portfolio companies. He has also developed spark and emissions hedging programs on behalf of portfolio companies, driving counterparty relationships and securing enabling agreements for related activities. Mr. Paxton has worked closely with investment team members to develop and execute commercial strategy plans for acquired plants and portfolio companies.

William received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Tulane University with an Energy Management specialization. He is a designated Energy Risk Professional from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Mr. Pirie has over 30 years experience in the financial industry, developing quantitative models and engaging in transactions in commodities and energy products, equities, fixed income, mortgages and derivatives.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy in 2026, Mr. Pirie developed portfolio risk systems for T. Rowe Price’s Multi-Asset Division, supporting funds invested in a mix of equity, fixed-income and futures products. Before T. Rowe Price, Mr. Pirie spent 17 years at Constellation Energy Group, leading development and support of energy/commodity risk systems. Employers before Constellation include Goldman Sachs (risk systems for currencies & commodities), OppenheimerFunds (risk reporting for fixed income & commodities mutual funds), Cohane Rafferty Securities (valuation and sale of mortgage assets and origination companies), Grant Thornton (mid-market M&A), and Thomson McKinnon Securities (structuring collateralized mortgage obligations).

Mr. Pirie has B.S. and M.Eng. degrees in Operations Research from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Riley has almost 20 years in power plant asset management, plant management, project management, and renewable development.

Prior to joining Hull Street, Mr. Riley worked in the LS Power family of companies including LS Power, Rev Renewables, and Rise Light & Power for almost 10 years. Most recently, Mr. Riley was VP, Construction Project Management for Rev Renewable, where he established and staffed an organization of project professionals to provide project management, project controls, and governance of renewable projects (solar, wind, storage) in various phases of development, planning and execution. Before that role, Mr. Riley was VP, Asset Management for LS Power and Rise Light and Power where he was responsible for multiple generation assets in PJM and NYISO, including Ravenswood Generating Station in NY. Mr. Riley held various other roles at LS Power, including director of operations and plant manager.

Prior to LS Power, Mr. Riley worked at Constellation Energy and Exelon Power supporting various roles in plant management, operations & maintenance, and project execution. Mr. Riley brings to Hull Street extensive experience in asset optimization, organizational development, labor relations, project execution, renewable development and asset transition.

Controller, PCOM

Mr. Román has over 14 years of finance and accounting experience in private equity, real estate, technology, hospitality, and financial services industries. His primary responsibilities at HSE include developing a value-added accounting, treasury, and financial reporting team, scaling and improving financial processes, and managing operational risk for Hull Street Energy’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining HSE, Mr. Román worked for Fundrise, a real estate fintech firm based in Washington, DC, where he held numerous positions, most recently Director of Finance Operations. During his tenure, Mr. Román led the Corporate Accounting and Reporting, Treasury, and Payments teams for Fundrise as they grew assets under management from $200M to over $3B. His responsibilities during this time included supporting an ERP system implementation, developing both a treasury and a payments function that followed best practices for company risk and fraud mitigation, and leading semi-annual SEC reporting for Fundrise as a Regulation A+ public filer.

Mr. Román received a B.S. in Accounting from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado-Boulder and an M.B.A. from Western Governor’s University.

Portfolio Manager, PCOM

Ms. Ryu brings over 15 years of expertise in the energy sector, specializing in asset management, trading, and strategic consulting within the power, renewables, and natural gas markets. Her pivotal role at Constellation, an Exelon company, significantly enhanced portfolio performance through innovative trading strategies and robust asset management.

Most recently, as Manager at Power Advisory, Ms. Ryu led initiatives that developed revenue forecasting models for energy storage systems and provided regulatory support across various ISO markets. She expanded her expertise from the New York and New England markets to include asset valuations and market research in CAISO and ERCOT, enhancing her capabilities in power, capacity, and ancillary markets.

Ms. Ryu’s ability to navigate complex market dynamics and creatively solve challenging problems is demonstrated by her strategic insights and proven track record in optimizing asset performance.

Ms. Ryu received her MBA in Analytic Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago. She also holds an advanced degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology and additional degrees from Yonsei University and the University of Maryland.

Mr. Schauer joined Hull Street Energy in 2023 as an Asset Manager. Prior to joining HSE, Mr. Schauer was the Operations and Maintenance Manager of Paris Energy Center while supporting NERC compliance oversight for a fleet of 3 Texas power plants.

Mr. Schauer started his career as an engineering intern with Ameren Energy Resources at a combined cycle power plant responsible for HRSG boiler chemistry and EPA Part 75 compliance maintaining the Continuous Emissions Monitoring System. Following the internship, Mr. Schauer has spent the past decade inside power plants gaining experience in various roles directly responsible for plant operations, maintenance, planning, engineering, and compliance with environmental, NERC, and safety regulations. Within the defined roles, Mr. Schauer has gained expertise from multiple asset owner transitions as well as transitioning from 3rd party O&M to a self-operating fleet of two combined cycle power plants, one lignite-fired CFB power plant, and associated lignite mine. As Asset Manager with HSE, Mr. Schauer works with the site personnel on budgeting, forecasting, and planning for O&M Costs, Capital expenditures, and variable operating costs while working with the HSE commercial team on dispatch strategies.

Mr. Schauer received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Vice President, Project Development, PCOM

Mr. Senenko specializes in project development for various Hull Street Energy portfolio companies, including the General Management of Serium Energy Storage. He has over fifteen years in the energy industry focusing on business and asset development in the power and natural gas sectors. Previously, Mr. Senenko worked at Constellation Energy and Exelon Corporation holding several commercial roles within the firm’s commodity trading and investing unit, including as a Director in the upstream gas principal investment and wholesale power business development groups, and later as General Manager of the firm’s LNG Export Project Development unit. Most recently, Mr. Senenko was Director of Enterprise Risk Management where he oversaw risk governance for Exelon Generation.

Mr. Senenko received a B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a M.B.A. from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Senior Accountant, PCOM

Ms. Sheridan joined Hull Street Energy in 2023. Her primary responsibilities include accounting, internal controls, and reporting activities for Hull Street Energy’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy, Ms. Sheridan spent over 5 years performing accounting for RiskLens, Inc., a Washington based cybersecurity software company, where she was responsible for month-end close processes, reconciliations, accounts receivable, and financial statement preparation.

Ms. Sheridan received a B.S. in Accounting from The Catholic University of America. She is an active Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland.

Associate, PCOM

Ms. Smiley joined Hull Street Energy as an Analyst in 2024. Her primary responsibilities include risk management support, cash and forward power and natural gas market analysis, and energy margin modeling.

Prior to joining Hull Street Energy as an analyst, Ms. Smiley served as an intern with the Hull Street Energy investment team focusing on industry research and due diligence. Most recently Ms. Smiley served as an intern on the planning and estimating team at portfolio company SunGrid Solutions where she was responsible for internal audits of project budgets and establishing project workflow across teams.

Ms. Smiley received a B.A. in Chemistry with an Environmental Concentration and a minor in Physics from Bowdoin College.

Accounting Manager, PCOM

Mr. Taylor joined Hull Street Energy in 2024. His primary responsibilities include accounting, internal controls, and reporting functions for Hull Street Energy’s portfolio companies.

He brings over 5 years of diverse experience to Hull Street Energy. Most recently, Mr. Taylor was at JBG Smith where he supported various Commercial, Residential, and Retail properties on their accounting team. Prior to JBG Smith, he started his career in public accounting and has internal audit experience at a large public company.

Mr. Taylor received a B.S. in Accounting from Towson University and MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. He is an active Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland.

Accounts Payable Manager, PCOM

Mr. Thomas has over 15 years of accounts payable experience in corporations, higher education, investment banking and law firms. His primary responsibilities at HSE include managing the accounts payable function and corporate card functions for Hull Street Energy’s portfolio of managed power plant assets.

Prior to joining HSE, Mr. Thomas worked for Crowell & Moring LLP, a global law firm based in Washington, DC, where he was the Accounts Payable Manager. During his time with the firm, he assisted in the implementation of and managed the continued use of various technology tools to enhance the accounts payable procedures including internal controls and overseen automated workflow improvements. analyze accounts payable reports, including aging reports, cash flow projections, and vendor performance metrics.

Mr. Thomas studied at the University of Northern Iowa where he majored in accounting.

Vice President, Project Development, PCOM

Mr. Tomberlin joined Hull Street Energy in 2022. His primary responsibilities are deal execution and portfolio company monitoring, including due diligence, financial modeling, and industry research.

Most recently, Mr. Tomberlin was a Senior Associate in Kayne Anderson’s Energy Private Equity group, where he focused on M&A due diligence in the Upstream and Midstream energy sectors as well as portfolio company management and monitoring. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tomberlin worked as a Reservoir Engineer at Chevron covering unconventional assets in East Texas as a project manager and later as a reserves engineer in the Delaware Basin.

Mr. Tomberlin received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Tom Brooks is a Senior Advisor at Catalio Capital Management, LP, where he also serves on the Credit Opportunities and Nexus Investment Committees. From 2001 to 2008, Tom served in a variety of executive officer roles at Constellation Energy Group, Inc., including Vice Chairman & Executive Vice President. Previously, he Co-Founded Anthem Energy, LLC, a private investment firm focused on North American energy investments. From 2001 to 2008, Tom served in a variety of executive officer roles at Constellation Energy Group, Inc., including Vice Chairman & Executive Vice President. He was also President of Constellation Power Source (Constellation’s marketing and trading unit) and President of Constellation Energy Resources (a subsidiary that included non-nuclear power generation operations, wholesale and retail energy marketing and trading, and business development). Prior to joining Constellation, Tom was a senior member of the team that developed Goldman Sachs’ domestic power business within Goldman’s Fixed Income Currency and Commodities Division. Prior to joining Goldman, Tom was a founding partner of two successful startups: AERX, Inc., which was sold to Enron in 1992; and Elm City Management, LLC. Earlier in his career, Tom worked as a geophysicist, engaged in oil and gas exploration. Tom earned a B.S. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.

Scott Helm is a private investor based out of Baltimore. He currently Chairs the Vistra Energy (NYSE: VST) Board of Directors. Previously, Helm was a founding partner of Energy Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in North American energy infrastructure. Prior to joining Energy Capital Partners, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Orion Power Holdings, Inc., a publicly listed company that owned and operated power plants. Before that, he worked as a consultant to the private equity consortium leading the acquisition at Texas Genco. Helm began his career at Goldman Sachs & Co., first working in the company’s fixed income division then moving to the investment banking division. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington University. Helm serves as treasurer on the board of the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company.

Mr. Barpoulis has over 25 years of finance and executive leadership experience in the energy and government services sectors, with demonstrated success as a public company CFO, guiding businesses through periods of growth, transformation and restructuring. He began his energy career with U.S. Generating Company (later known as National Energy & Gas Transmission, Inc.) during a rapid growth phase, among the company’s first 50 employees, where he supported or led the financings of approximately $3B construction term loans and acquisition funding for generating plants throughout the U.S.

Mr. Barpoulis was later named vice president and treasurer, and was responsible for corporate and project finance, loan compliance, lender and bond investor relations, financial planning and analysis, insurance and internal audit. From 2005 to 2015, he was senior vice president and chief financial officer for Centrus Energy Corp. (NYSE MKT: LEU), formerly known as USEC Inc. (NYSE: USU), a leading producer and supplier of low enriched uranium fuel for commercial nuclear power plants worldwide. He served as principal financial officer responsible for financial and strategic planning, corporate accounting and financial reporting, treasury, investor relations, tax, procurement, internal audit and information technology, and regularly provides financial and governance advisory consulting services and interim chief financial officer services for executive teams and boards of directors.

Mr. Barpoulis received a B.A. in physics from Vassar College, a B.E. in mechanical engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College, and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
